Company Overview: Our Roots

MetaPower was established in 1996 as a business process management consulting firm dedicated to bringing the power of business change to our clients throughout North America. In the years since, we have steadily grown our consulting practice and used our experience to develop a comprehensive proprietary business process design methodology. The MetaPower methodology (See methodology Link Below) is effective in organizing complex business process issues into manageable units and problem sets. Based on our business process consulting work we identified a fundamental structure for all business processes. At the request of our clients, we use this basic information architecture to develop an information technology platform for automating customizable business processes over the web. MetaPower currently holds four US Patents and several international patents on this technology that we call UCoDA (Universal Control-based Data Architecture). 

Since the release of UCoDA we have made continuous improvements to our software that provides ever-increasing productivity, flexibility and simplicity. Now in its 5th generation, our revolutionary "Business Process Workstation" web application software automates the development of customized business process applications quickly and easily!

Our consulting experience has been highlighted through the initiation of structural elements necessary to effect cultural reform. In the years since, we have been working with the academic community and The Center for Organizational Reform (COR) to create and deploy a methodology for facilitating our clients’ need to move their workforce to a high performance safety culture.
